Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least <strong>18 years of age</strong> (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater), have full legal capacity to enter into a contract, and are not prohibited by your local laws from purchasing or possessing the compounds in our catalogue. We do not knowingly accept orders from minors.

You also confirm you are ordering on behalf of a research entity, an academic group, a contract research organisation, or as an individual researcher conducting in-vitro studies — and not as a reseller, intermediary, or end-consumer of the compounds.

Research use only — strict prohibition on human and animal use

Every compound listed on igf1shop.com is sold strictly for <strong>in-vitro laboratory research</strong>. The compounds are not approved for human consumption by any regulatory body and are not intended, fit, or sold for use in:

• Human consumption, injection, ingestion or topical application
• Animal consumption (including veterinary or livestock use)
• Food, supplement or cosmetic formulation or manufacturing
• Agricultural or horticultural application
• Resale to consumers outside a documented research context

By placing an order you confirm you understand this restriction and accept full responsibility for any use of the compounds outside the intended research scope.

Catalogue, prices and availability

Catalogue listings, specifications, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We make a reasonable effort to keep listings accurate, but reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing or availability errors at any time — including after an order has been placed but before it has shipped.

If we discover a material error in your order after payment, we will notify you and offer either a corrected order at the original terms, a corrected order at the corrected terms, or a full refund. The choice is yours.

Prices are listed in USD and do not include taxes, duties, or import fees that may apply at the destination. Such fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Orders, payment and confirmation

Placing an order on the site constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is formed when we accept the order — confirmed by an automated email after successful payment confirmation on the network blockchain (for crypto) or settlement (for wire/card).

Accepted payment methods include Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20 / SOL), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC) and several others. Payment processing is handled by an external orchestrator; we do not custody your wallet keys or card data.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund an order at our discretion, particularly where we suspect fraud, restricted-jurisdiction shipping, or use inconsistent with the research-only restriction in section 02.

Shipping, customs and delivery

Shipping rates, carriers, transit times and packaging are described on the Shipping & Delivery page and form part of these terms. By placing an order you accept the carrier, transit window, packaging format, and customs declaration described there.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT and any local regulatory fees are the <strong>buyer's responsibility</strong> and are not included in the order price or shipping fee. We declare shipments accurately to the carrier and to customs; under-declaration of value is not available.

Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on dispatch from our warehouse. We provide tracking and our damage / loss policies (described on the Shipping page) regardless.

Returns, refunds and COA disputes

Because the compounds we sell are research-grade biologicals with sterility and stability constraints once a vial is opened, we do <strong>not accept returns of opened or used product</strong>. Sealed, unused vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the order was placed in error or duplicates an existing one — return shipping is the buyer's cost.

If you dispute the analytical results on a Certificate of Analysis, we will re-test the retained reference sample at our independent contract lab at no charge. If the deviation is confirmed, the order is fully refunded or replaced with a fresh lot — your choice. We don't argue about analytical data.

Refunds are processed in the original payment method. Crypto refunds may be subject to network fees deducted from the refunded amount.

Intellectual property

The IGF1 Shop name, logo, catalogue layout, written content, photography, illustrations, mockups and code on igf1shop.com are owned by us or licensed to us, and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from this material without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any data, communications or documents you submit to us. By submitting them you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store them for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing customer support.

Disclaimers

Subject to applicable law, the site, the catalogue and the products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied — except for the express warranty that the product matches the Certificate of Analysis released with the lot. We disclaim all other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no claim, express or implied, that any compound is safe or effective for any human or animal application. The research-only restriction in section 02 is the operative constraint.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or related to your order, the products, or the use of the site shall be limited to <strong>the amount you paid for the specific order at issue</strong>. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost research time, lost data, lost revenue or downstream experimental consequences.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold IGF1 Shop, its officers, employees and partners harmless from any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the products in violation of section 02 (research-only restriction)
• Your breach of any term of this agreement
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation in connection with your purchase or use of the products
• Your supply, transfer or resale of the products to a third party

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these terms or relating to your order shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in our principal jurisdiction, conducted in English. Each party bears its own legal fees. Class actions and class arbitrations are not available; disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis.

Where local consumer-protection law grants you mandatory rights that override this clause, those rights are preserved.

Changes to these terms & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date at the top, and material changes will be summarised in the order-confirmation footer of subsequent orders for at least 30 days.

Your continued use of the site or placement of new orders after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms. Existing orders are governed by the terms in effect at the time the order was placed.
