Each kit contains 50 individually-blistered sterile insulin syringes (29-gauge, 1/2 inch length, 0.5 mL barrel with permanently attached needle) suitable for subcutaneous injection of reconstituted peptide solutions, plus 100 single-use 70% isopropyl alcohol prep pads for sterilizing the vial septum and the injection site. All components are EO-sterilized, latex-free, and individually packaged. Designed as the standard companion kit for any reconstituted peptide workflow. Single-use only — dispose of used syringes in a proper sharps container after each use.
Quality & release criteria
Every lot of Injection Kit is released only after passing reverse-phase HPLC (≥ 99% area purity at 220 nm against a reference standard), ESI mass spectrometry confirmation of molecular weight, and Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) endotoxin testing below 0.5 EU/mg.
