How is Tesamorelin different from Sermorelin and CJC-1295?
Sermorelin is GHRH(1-29) — the shortest active GHRH fragment, with a very short half-life. CJC-1295 (No DAC) is a substituted GHRH(1-29) analog with four amino acid changes for stability. Tesamorelin is GHRH(1-44) — the full-length GHRH with N-terminal hexenoyl protection. Tesamorelin shows the longest duration of action of the three at clinical doses.
